Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• MA Pharmacist license required.
• 2–3 years of related pharmacy management experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or behavioral health setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of pharmacy services and staff.
• Oversees recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Serves as a resource on pharmacy policies to clinicians and staff.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities.
