Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to provide formal people leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Operations Team, covering technicians and operations pharmacists. This role oversees operations across the department, including the clean room, within a behavioral health setting.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will direct daily operations, participate in policy development, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality pharmacy services across inpatient and ambulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Licensure: MA Pharmacist license required.
• Pharmacy management experience required; 2-3 years minimum; 3-5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and serves as a role model to staff.
• Directs daily operations of pharmacy services and schedules staff.
• Serves as a resource on pharmacy policies to clinicians and staff.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• Responsible for staff development and performance evaluation.
• Assists in recruitment, interviews, and training of new staff.
• Participates in policy and procedure development.
• Conducts educational programs, in-services, and staff meetings.
