Arkansas Children's is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager for the Acute Care Pharmacy to oversee daily operations, coordinate safe medication use, and drive performance with the pharmacy leadership team.
The role requires a Doctorate of Pharmacy (or prior BS) and a minimum of five years' experience, including three in leadership, with AR State Board licensure. This is a full-time, day-shift position prioritizing patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The Pharmacy Operations Manager oversees daily operations in area of responsibility. This includes coordination of activities related to effective medication use and includes oversight of all inpatient pharmacy medication distribution services. This person also works closely with the pharmacy leadership team to optimize the provision of pharmaceutical care and achievement of other department and hospital strategic goals and objectives.
