Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Operations Representative in Tempe, AZ to support daily logistics operations. You will sort packages onto carrier pallets, wrap pallets, load and unload trailers, and monitor automation to ensure timely, accurate delivery. This role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Intermediate office equipment skills.
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort packages to the correct carrier pallets.
• Wrap pallets if needed.
• Ordering supplies.
• Loading and offloading trailers.
• Ensuring the automation is running smoothly.
• Ensuring the packages are getting to the carrier in a timely manner.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Ensure that the address prints correctly on each package.
• Communicating with vendors via email if needed.
• All bags are correctly sealed; Printers are accurately loaded with the correct paper.
• Work collaboratively with all coworkers to ensure that best-practices are shared while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Keep work station clean at all times.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
