Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company (Accredo division) seeks a Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative for on-site work in Tempe, AZ. You will process prescriptions, prepare labels, and support shipment of orders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and a Pharmacy Trainee license with plans to obtain full AZ Pharmacy Technician licensure. Strong math, PC skills, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician or related experience preferred.
• AZ Pharmacy Trainee License required with the requirement to obtain AZ Pharmacy Technician license upon trainee license expiration.
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn internal systems/processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for new and refill prescriptions.
• Select and retrieve appropriate medications and prepare labels.
• Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescription-based programs.
• Select packing materials and prepare packages for shipment.
• Affix shipping labels and sort by carrier.
• Maintain clean equipment and replenish workstation supplies.
