Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin (Neenah) seeks a full-time, certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical operations, patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation under pharmacist supervision.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and contribute to a positive pharmacy experience while assisting with vaccines and health services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Assist pharmacist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Support inventory management and compliance with Good Faith Dispensing policies.
