Responsibilities

• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, counting and verification.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; manage scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state and federal regulations; maintain records and inventory.
• Support non-clinical store operations, improve workflow, and promote a positive patient experience.
