• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage budgeting and resources.
• Ensure compliance with laws, accreditation, and policies; maintain records.
• Coordinate technology systems and billing accuracy; reduce errors.
• Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement programs.
• Attend committees and staff meetings; perform staff pharmacist duties as needed.
