Job Overview

The Supervisor will have multi department responsibility and will supervise a team of employees who have daily interactions with providers/service line leaders. The Supervisor is responsible for providing direction, leadership, project management and oversight of the business functions for the designated area. Responsible for staff, work processes and quality initiatives in the assigned program, pharmacy, or service line. The Supervisor will have a strong knowledge of the area and will skillfully use interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and collaboration skills to support and manage operational objectives. This position partners with key stakeholders to drive strategic objectives, including, but not limited to program growth, financial stewardship, quality assurance, customer service, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent years of experience
• 3 years of Supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Pharmacy Technician MN

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of Supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Nationally certified. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within thisrange may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience,and market conditions.
