Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experiences.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; make decisions on discipline and termination as needed.
• Support pharmacist in patient care activities, including patient registration, data entry, and medication preparation where allowed by law.
• Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
