Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under pharmacist supervision.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; oversee scheduling and attendance.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including patient registration and data entry where allowed by law.
• Manage inventory, records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
