• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, software and insurance billing.
• Experience performing prescription dispensing activities with knowledge of state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and generics; refers to providers when needed.
• Performs pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews, interprets, and dispenses prescribed medications; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains pharmacy operations, scheduling, and inventory while supporting IT systems and workflow improvements.
• Collaborates with store leadership to develop community health opportunities and oversee staff performance.
