Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico) is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks under a pharmacist’s supervision.
• Assists with patient registration, data entry, and prescription processing.
• Contributes to a positive customer experience by greeting customers and answering non-clinical questions.
• Leads training and performance management of pharmacy technicians, under supervision.
• Participates in health services offered where allowed by law (vaccines, screenings).
