Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico) required.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including registration, data entry, medication preparation and verification.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and other services allowed by law.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians; participate in scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; manage inventory and records.
