Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years preceptor/educator experience.
• Licensed Pharmacist with Doctorate; Board certification desired or required.

Responsabilidades

• Personnel/Direct Report Management and Acute Care Pharmacy Operations Support: oversee staffing, scheduling and minimum staffing plans.
• Education/Training: establish and oversee training curriculum for employees and learners in the department.
• Project Management: design and participate in projects related to medication-use and delivery systems, workflows, safety and cost-savings initiatives.
