The role requires authority to make critical nursing decisions in accordance with the Massachusetts Nursing Practice Act and established policies.

The position focuses on delivering high-quality, safe patient care, monitoring safety, and advancing patient safety goals and PCS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MA RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in nursing (Required).

Responsibilities

• supervise nursing and non-nursing staff across the hospital.
• Make critical nursing practice decisions in accordance with MA Nursing Practice Act.
• Collaborate with the Administrator-On-Call and other resources in emergencies.
• Promote patient safety, best practices, and positive patient and family experiences.
