Job summary

• Handle patient registration, prescription data entry, and data verification under pharmacist supervision.
• Administer vaccines and health services where allowed by law, and support recordkeeping.
• Lead training and coaching of technicians, align with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate insurance processing and assist with audits and reporting.
