Walgreens Co. is seeking a full-time, certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient services under pharmacist supervision in Elizabeth, NJ.

The role includes data entry, medication preparation, and participating in health services where permitted by law. Responsibilities extend to supervising technicians, training staff, scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist in delivery of patient care including patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients and verify data under pharmacist supervision.
• Administer vaccines and health services where allowed by law.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Support store and pharmacy managers in operations, scheduling, and inventory management.
