Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Experience with retail or hospital pharmacy environments preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers; manage scheduling and training.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Good Faith Dispensing.
