Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum of one year working as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.
• Willingness to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including registration, data entry, and medication preparation.
• Handle prescription processing, calling patients and physicians as needed under supervision.
• Support vaccination services, health screenings, and other allowable health services.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks and ensure on-time completion to optimize workflow.
• Maintain records, inventory, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
