You will handle patient registration, prescription data entry, medication preparation (where allowed), and assist with insurance processing and records.

You will lead training and performance management of technicians, coordinate inventory, and help roll out new processes while maintaining compliance and high customer service standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Pharmacy locations)

Aufgaben

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications, counting, and verification where allowed by law.
• Assist with vaccines and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Delegate, direct, and assign non-clinical work to pharmacy technicians while ensuring compliance.
• Manage reports, records, and inventory tasks under pharmacist supervision.
• Support store and pharmacy managers in financials, operations, and customer service.
