Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Register patients, handle non-clinical calls, and support vaccine administration where permitted by law.
• Lead technician training, coaching, and scheduling; support performance management and compliance.
