Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lees Summit, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to support day-to-day inpatient operations and our infusion center. You will lead approximately 25 staff, including technicians, interns and nurses, and collaborate with the Pharmacy Director on system projects to improve patient care.

The role requires hospital pharmacy leadership experience, Missouri and Kansas pharmacist licensure, and a focus on regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, and staff

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Missouri and Kansas.
• Experience leading a hospital pharmacy team (25+ staff).
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimize workflow to ensure efficient patient care.
• Establish quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient care issues.
• Precept pharmacy learners including technicians, students and residents.
• Oversee drug inventory, procurement and supplies.
• Participate in Pharmacy & Therapeutics and other committees.
