Job summary

Under the supervision of a pharmacist, you will handle patient registration, prescription data entry, medication preparation, and assist with vaccines and health services where allowed. You will lead training and scheduling, maintain compliance, and foster strong customer relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care: registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, counting and verification.
• Respond to non-clinical questions and enhance patient experience.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, scheduling and inventory under policy and law.
• Ensure compliance with Good Faith Dispensing and regulatory requirements.
