Job summary

Under supervision of a pharmacist, you will assist with patient registration, inventory management, training and coaching of technicians, and participation in health services offered by the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including data entry and prescription preparation.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Schedule and train pharmacy technicians; monitor performance and discipline as needed.
• Deliver strong customer service and resolve non-clinical inquiries.
