Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required and active.
• Minimum of one year experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient care activities, including patient registration, data entry, medication preparation, counting, and verification where allowed by law.
• Answer patient and physician calls under supervision of a pharmacist; participate in health services such as vaccines and screenings where permitted.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; oversee scheduling and workflow to maintain efficiency.
