• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and positive patient experience under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians, including discipline decisions.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and processing under established policies and laws.
