Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required where applicable.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care, including registration, data entry, medication preparation, and verification where allowed by law.
• Respond to patient and customer inquiries and resolve non-clinical issues to support positive experience.
• Manage non-clinical pharmacy tasks and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Support inventory management and store/department operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Coordinate vaccination clinics and community outreach as assigned.
