Responsibilities
- Lead the designated pharmacy's operational performance to meet targets while ensuring compliance.
- Mobilize resources and coordinate with internal partners to address customer risks and opportunities.
- Apply supply chain and pharmacy operations expertise to improve processes and efficiency.
- Implement enterprise-wide standard processes, programs, and procedures within a pharmacy location.
- Ensure medication delivery routes meet customer needs.
- Coach and develop pharmacy staff to achieve goals.
- Oversee location metrics, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
