Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services of Minnesota LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a General Manager to lead our pharmacy operations, overseeing delivery of medications and achieving operational excellence to serve customers on time.

You will drive workflow efficiency, manage resources and staff development, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements while delivering superior customer service. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and operational integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
• Operations management experience including responsibility for managing workflow, resources, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational performance of a designated pharmacy to achieve operational targets while maintaining all federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
• Ensures appropriate resources are mobilized and operating effectively to meet customer commitments; develops action plans with internal partners.
• Use expertise in supply chain and pharmacy operations to improve processes and increase efficiency of the pharmacy location.
• Implement enterprise-wide standard processes, programs, and procedures within a pharmacy location.
• Ensure medication delivery routes meet customer needs.
• Accountable for training and engagement of pharmacy staff to deliver on goals.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Operate with strong business intuition; oversee location operation metrics, employee engagement, and compliance.
