Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead and strengthen our pharmacy operations across the organization.

The role reports to the CEO and directs pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, technicians, and customer service, driving efficiency, safety, and service quality while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Significant progressive leadership and operations experience in pharmacy.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for pharmacy operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy leaders and staff.
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
