Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Pharmacist Massachusetts licensure.
• MBA or management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Department including drug distribution, automated dispensing, IV systems and processes.
• Develop staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote medication safety across medication management.
