CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Network Enrollment Analyst to support pharmacy network management through enrollment, maintenance, and administration of participating pharmacies. You will coordinate with independent pharmacies, PSAOs, and headquarters to ensure accurate enrollment and timely processing of changes.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation in the network.
• Review enrollment applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacies and pharmacy corporate headquarters with enrollment inquiries.
• Process pharmacy additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes.
• Research and resolve routine enrollment, participation, and provider data issues.
• Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely completion of processing steps.
• Generate and analyze reports related to enrollment, participation status, and data quality.
