Job summary

Medix is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (MSR) to be the main liaison for patients, pharmacies, and clients. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot claims, and ensure patient satisfaction remains central to every decision.

Responsibilities include omnichannel support, documenting issues, cross-department collaboration, and occasional after-hours coverage to assist patients when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert voice, assisting pharmacies, clients and patients with plan details.
• Handle multichannel inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot pharmacy claims and respond to prior authorization questions.
• Record calls and issues in the ticketing system and keep queues updated.
• Collaborate across teams on special projects and escalate complex calls.
• Support the team with rotating after-hours and weekend coverage.
