Prominence Health seeks a patient-focused Member Outreach Pharmacy Representative to serve as the liaison between members, Prominence Health Plan, and providers. You will contact members by phone to educate them on health insurance offerings and respond to inquiries.

You will lead efforts to resolve drug-related care gaps during outreach, help develop the outreach program, and support quality improvement initiatives across the department.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a pharmacy technician is preferred.
• Current PTCB license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact Prominence Health Plan members by phone to educate on health insurance offerings and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with resolving drug-related care gaps during telephonic outreach.
• Lead efforts to develop the outreach program and provide education, technical assistance, and problem-solving.
