Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily operations in a retail/outpatient pharmacy. The on-site PIC will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering direct patient care and MTM services.

Responsibilities include leadership, scheduling, hiring, training, and collaboration with providers to optimize therapy, with a patient-centered approach and adherence to all laws and policies.

Qualifications

• PharmD preferred or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy required.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a retail or outpatient setting.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and staff; schedule and train.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, DEA/Board standards, and quality metrics.
• Provide direct patient care, MTM, and counseling; collaborate with providers.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and returns.
