Job summary

You will manage compounding, dispensing, and verification, oversee pharmacy workflow and staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with store leadership to grow health services in the community.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensure in relevant states.
• Immunizer certification or willingness within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance, and insurance billing.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership experience with performance reviews (internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, patient privacy, generics and OTC products.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Review, interpret and accurately dispense prescribed medications with accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient pharmacy workflow, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Oversee staff scheduling, roles, and performance coaching.
• Support inventory management and cost control, and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on business opportunities and community outreach.
