Qualifications

• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, software and insurance billing.
• Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership or performance review expectations for internal candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generic options while maintaining privacy and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management tasks.
• Ensures prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Oversees pharmacy workflow, staff scheduling, and shift changes to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Supports staff development and training, coaching, and performance reviews to drive patient care quality.
