Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree and current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws and Good Faith Dispensing policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients to provide empathetic, service-oriented care and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsel patients on medications, interactions, and OTC products and coordinate with medical providers as needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company policies; manage scheduling and workflow.
