Qualifications

• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and state/federal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Counsel on medicine usage, interactions, and generics; refer to providers as needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Maintain pharmacy operations compliant with laws and policies; manage staff schedules and roles.
• Support IT knowledge for pharmacy systems and inventory; seek productivity improvements.
• Assist in maintaining records and reporting required by laws.
