Walgreens Co. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist Manager to provide empathetic pharmacy consulting, immunizations, and comprehensive medication management. You will ensure accurate dispensing, maintain regulatory compliance, and lead a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities span patient counseling, clinical services such as immunizations, and optimizing workflow, inventory, and staff performance in a fast-paced Walgreens pharmacy environment.

Competenze

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.

Mansioni

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews, interprets, and accurately dispenses prescribed medications.
• Oversees pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and workflow improvements.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations and Good Faith Dispensing policies.
