Qualifications

• 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling and recordkeeping.
• Licensure as a pharmacist in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• Experience with pharmacy software and insurance billing processes.
• Leadership behaviors ratings from prior reviews (internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions and OTC options.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately while complying with laws and policies.
• Open/close duties, staff scheduling, and shift changes to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure Good Faith Dispensing policies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
