Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead operations in our Bothell-area stores. You will oversee daily pharmacy workflow, ensure accurate dispensing, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

You will manage pharmacy staff performance, provide training and coaching, and partner with healthcare providers to expand clinical services such as immunizations and drug therapy reviews.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure.
• Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications of medications.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures the pharmacy operates in compliance with regulations and company policies; oversees staff scheduling and workflow.
• Oversees training and development of pharmacy staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Maintains information technology knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports staff and patients.
