Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws; internal candidates should have leadership ratings.

Responsibilities

• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance; manages pharmacy workflow and staff scheduling.
• Oversees training and formal performance reviews; supports staff development.
• Engages with providers and community to expand health services and improve patient experience.
