Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the district states required.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• 1+ year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and compliance.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and assist patients with medication usage, interactions, and safety.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense and review prescribed medications ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
• Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Engage with local medical community and promote health and wellness services.
