Qualifications

• Experience leading pharmacy staff and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and Good Faith dispensing expectations.
• Excellent customer service and patient education skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software, workflow, and inventory management.
• Certifications to immunize or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and generics.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Review and dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with laws.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, roles, and workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Support IT systems for prescriptions, billing, documentation and reporting.
• Lead efforts to improve patient experience and pharmacy performance.
