Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide patient-centered care.
• Counsel patients, manage immunization services, and ensure safe dispensing.
• Coach technicians and pharmacists, and manage onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and CVS policies.
• Oversee inventory, workflow, and scheduling to support patient care and operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain staffing and performance standards.
