Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient care and counseling with accuracy.
• Lead pharmacy team and ensure safe dispensing and immunization practices.
• Coach and onboard technicians and pharmacists.
• Stay compliant with state regulations and CVS policies.
• Support immunization programs and patient care collaboration.
