The role requires an active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience, with flexibility for a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the store's state is required.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend to a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframes.
• Concentrate on tasks over time and ensure accuracy in labeling and dispensing.
• Provide excellent customer service and team leadership.
• Lead by example, coach team members, and manage scheduling and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and CVS Health policies.
