Qualifications

• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Performance rating in last review (internal candidates) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, side effects, and storage.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure compliant dispensing and regulatory adherence in daily operations.
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and staff performance in the pharmacy.
• Engage with community providers to grow pharmacy services.
